Hello Renee, We do K & L by ISH on the Bond-III and BondMax with Refine detection without issue on any of the tissues we have run (GI, skin, BM, LN). We have a normal tonsil control section on every slide. Do you also run a positive control on every slide? How does it perform? Next step would be for me to share our protocol.
