Hi Folks, As it happens, we had a lymphoma case this week that was Kappa restricted (confirmed at a consulting laboratory by Flow Cytometry) and our Kappa and Lambda ISH staining was negative for both! In discussing it further with our Hematopathologist, our ISH probes for Kappa and Lambda in bone marrow specimens only stains plasma cells it does *NOT* stain B-cells. So this is likely why LN tend to be negative. Maybe one of our Histonet-contributing pathologists would like to elaborate? :-) Greg
