To whom it concerns
My company for 30 years have sold refurbished vip tissue processor
The refurbishment was not done properly your ceramics Value must have small 
cracks in it allowing chemical to creep into other chemicals on process
If u bought this vip from a reputable service company it should be under 
warranty
