Hi. We are trying to stain a supposed Gram Positive paraffin Tonsil tissue block using Gentian Violet, Iodine (Lugol), Gram's decolorizer, Carbol Fuchsin Counter and Tartrazine and are having trouble distinguishing the positive from the negative. Anyone have any suggestions?
