Hi All
We are trying to simulate a matrix as a stand in for a patient sample. Currently using a Porcine stomach recipe. When we use MycoPrep (NALC-NaOH) the result is small chunks that drop to the bottom of a column and liquid staying on top. My question: Is this what happens to a real sample? Thanks much for any input, especially if you have a recipe you would like to share for artificial matrix!
