If you are looking to prioritize certain tissues slides to the pathologist, I think separate small biopsy runs are a great idea. You can process them with a much shorter run cycle.(90-120 min). You can actually do several runs per day. This is a good way of decreasing your TAT for all blocks and putting the signout TAT back in the pathologist's hands. If you are interested, I can suggest a run schedule.
