I was asking about the cutting head temperature because the Leica CM3050 
literature says the cutting head can be adjusted down to -50c separately from 
the chamber temperature. Does anyone out there use this unit? It seems to be 
very popular with the research community.  Do you ever adjust the temperature 
of the cutting head down that low, or do you just adjust the chamber 
temperature? Why would you ever use this separate feature?  Why would you chose 
this unit over the 1850?
