Does anyone have any advice on how to prevent epidermal folding on 50 micron skins stained with PGP 9.5? This is done in microplate wells and mounted on superfrost slides. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to why some weeks they are perfect and some weeks they have to be repeated. Thanks,
