Given that people sometimes use the current map to locate the area
they are interested in, it might be a good idea to bootstrap the
database with a current OSM dump. I'd like updates from OSM to HOSM
from time to time, we'd need a translation tables for updates but that
isn't that much of a problem. -rhw
