I'm asking about who were the original suppliers. They presumably hold the
copyright. However we would not be looking to copy them but use them as a
derivation resource so there should hopefully at least the opportunity to do
that with discussion.

 

There is also the matter of how geo-referenced they are already.

I would say go for it, yes but Im Dutch and collect maps and pics as well,
what about copyrights ?
