Hi all - Just a quick update here on OHM activities (that I know of) at SOTM and SOTM US.
Rob Warren is submitting an abstract for a presentation at SOTM ( http://2013.stateofthemap.org/) that I hope will be accepted. Even if it is not, I'm sure there will be opportunities for good conversation and birds-of-a-feather type sessions there. I submitted an OHM abstract for SOTM US ( http://stateofthemap.us/schedule.html) that, unfortunately, was not accepted. The good news here is that this appears to be because the schedule looks awesome, imnsho. There are only 2 days of sessions this year, which means the quality bar is pretty high. If you haven't decided to attend yet, or are on the fence, I highly encourage you to show up. Last year was a great time for meeting people face-to-face. Also - if you're available, there will be some opportunities for birds-of-a-feather sidebars there, and we'll definitely be doing something on OHM. And, I'm hoping to enlist some attendance at an OHM Code Sprint on Monday and/or Tuesday. If you're planning to attend, please let us know!
