Vector > tiles, anyone? > for that matter, while i've been working on the 1895 race in chicago, i've been looking at the change in the Chicago shoreline; it's very different back then (there's been a lot of fill out into the lake over the years.) what do we do about shorelines over time? OSM modeling assumptions don't offer a straightforward solution.
