Just a quick note that the tile server is now in sync with edits. Thank you to JDruhanC for the testing and Sanjay for dns footwork.
dump.openhistorical.map is now up to serve planet and by the minute replication. The overpass api and fixing the outdated layers on the UI are still outstanding. If I can pick the collective brains of the mailing list: I've been trying to get a diff from the current database and a partial 2016 dump to recover some edits from the dump, however I've had no luck with osmosis since it insists on simply dumping all of the data into the diff.
