More explaination for the fomular used:

COLUMNS_BUFFER_SIZE)

columnBufferSize(compressed size) refers to number of bytes all columns value 
data occupied.
(this.bufferedRecords * this.columnNumber * 2) > COLUMNS_BUFFER_SIZE) is an 
approximate of bytes number of Key part. We record each value's length in the 
key part.
So the number of records in a value buffer can not be too much large.
