OK - you can put it into contrib.
Also, can you add a testcase which will have this failure behavior. You dont
need to have a failed mapper, but can insert the same row twice. In that case,
the second insert will fail and we will get back a return value of 1 - it would
be good to verify that only 1 row is inserted
