3. I made both CombineHiveInputSplit and HiveInputSplit non-static if that's
what you mean?
I think both can be used concurrently so it's risky to keep them static.
I also don't think CombineFilter should be static. HiveInputSplit was
refactored into it's own file and perhaps we can do the same for
CombineHiveInputSplit but I think both should atleast be non-static.
Let me know what you think so I can make the changes you prefer.
