Hive Web UI (HWI) 404 error

I tried to set up the Hive Web UI, but I'm getting a 404 error. I defined
ANT_LIB to /usr/share/ant/lib (after installing the ant-options package on
Ubuntu), but that didn't help. Any idea what I might be doing wrong?
