The two interfaces are likely to migrate in different directions.  Registry is 
the "outward facing
view" (which perhaps should have getConfiguration() ... RegistryInfrastructure 
is the internal view.
I expect that RI will change if and when we start adding a concept of 
visibility to services and
configurations ... in which case, the RI methods will take a Module parameter 
identifying the
"requesting" Module (so that the containing Module can decide whether the 
service/configuration
should be exposed).
