Should be a way, inside a contribution to a hivemind.lib.ChainContribution
schema to *directly* reference another configuration point of commands, as a
kind of sub-chain. Currently to do this requires creating a new service point
around the sub chain, but there's no reason this couldn't be accomplished
directly.
