Richard Hensley commented on HIVEMIND-135:
------------------------------------------

I think adding the line

 <property file="${java.home}/hivebuild.properties" />

just before th line

  <property file="${hivebuild.dir}/hivebuild.properties"/>

in the hivebuild.xml file should do the trick.

> Upgrade Build to use a hivebuild.properties from the users home directory

>          Key: HIVEMIND-135
>          URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HIVEMIND-135
>      Project: HiveMind
>         Type: Improvement
>   Components: hivebuild
>     Versions: 1.1
>  Environment: windows and linux
>     Reporter: Richard Hensley
>     Priority: Minor

>
> If the hivebuild process included a hivebuild.properties file from the users
> home directory before it included the hivebuild.properties from the hivebuild
> home directory, this would allow users to customize the build process without
> modifying the core files.
