using ServicePropertyFactory

I'm using the following syntax to access the ServicePropertyFactory, is this
right?

     id="Broker"
     interface="com.mckesson.adept.net.Connection">
        <invoke-factory
         model="singleton"
         service-id="hivemind.lib.ServicePropertyFactory">
            <construct
             service-id="Controller"
             property="broker" />
        </invoke-factory>
    </service-point>
