Kita balik kepada asas.

KLIA adalah airport kepada Kapal Terbang. Kapal
terbang bawa orang dan kargo.

Banyak atau sikit orang bergantung berapa banyak orang
naik kapal ke KLIA atau menggunakan KLIA ke destinasi
lain. 

apa yang menyebabkan orang datang ke Malaysia ??
apa yang menyebabkan orang menggunakan KLIA ??

Antaranya business, melancong, belajar dsn sebagainya.


KLIA + Chep Lok lebih kurang sama tarikh dilancarkan.
Lebihnya Chep Lok - Hong Kong memang pusat perniagaan.

Sama-sama baru tetapi chep Lok lebih maju kerana Hong
Kong syurga membeli belah dan pusat perniagaan yang
unggul.

Saya percaya Dr Mahathir membuat pelaburan besar
membina KLIA, F1 Sepang, KLCC dan MSc. Beliau
mengambil risiko yang tinggi dan bahaya.

Berjaya atau tidak kesemua ini bergantung sejauhmana
niat, usaha dan perlaksanaan Dr Mahathir.

Kesilapan yang nyata, Dr Mahathir hilang fokus, dia
nak buat pusat pendidikan terlulung (Twinning
proggramme dan IPTS), dia nak buat pusat
pelancongan(Langkawi), dia nak buat pusat pameran
antarabangsa(Lpg terbang Subang), dia nak buat Pusat
IT(MSc), dia nak buat pusat sukan(F1, Bukit Jalil),
dia nak buat pusat komunikasi ASIA(Menara KL), dia nak
buat pusat Perfilemen (e-village) dan sebagainya.

Kegagalan Dr Mahathir memberi fokus menyebabkan akan
ada projek menjadi gajah putih. Membina satu hal,
mengurus satu hal dan yang paling penting sejauh mana
pelaburan yang dibuat menguntungkan. 

KLIA akan menjadi gajah putih sekiranya tindakan
kerajaan bertentangan dengan aspirasi dan kehendak
sebenar projek yang di bina.

Mahathir sudah berusia 74 tahun, jika ditakdirkan
projek ini gagak rakyatlah yang akan menanggung beban
melalui cukai, harga barang meningkat, kadar faedah
yang tinggi, inflasi tinggi, ramai menganggur dan
sebagainya

Saya berdoa kesemua projek mega ini tidak menjadi
seperti yang dikatakan oleh ASIAWeek.
