PAS : KE ARAH PEMERINTAHAN ISLAM YANG ADIL
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Polis Malaysia sibuk kacau ceramah dan perhimpunan aman tapi tidak buat kerja mereka
yang sebenar.
Penjenayah, pembunuh dan penyamun mereka biarkan berlaku.
Contohnya, untuk tangkap Dr. Badrul Amin mereka patutnya hanya perlukan 2 orang tetapi
mereka pergi 50 orang. Sebab itu kerja mereka yang sebenar tidak buat.
Patut dicadangkan supaya semua Polis Malaysia dibuang kerja termasuk Norian Mamai yang
jadi balaci MahaFiraun. Lebih baik kita guna duit rakyat untuk sewa Polis Gurkha
dari Nepal. Kira-kita 40 tahun lalu mereka ramai bertugas di Malaysia di bawah
Tentera British. Mereka rajin dan cekap tidak seperti Pilis Malaysia sekarang.
Scores of people getting away with murder in Malaysia
KUALA LUMPUR, June 6 (AFP) - Malaysian police have failed to solve almost two-thirds
of the 166 murder cases reported in the first four months of this year, a deputy
minister said Wednesday.
Deputy Home Minister Chor Chee Heung said police regard the clear-up rate as
unsatisfactory and "the government is determined to attain a 90 percent case
settlement rate."
Chor, answering a question in the senate (upper house of parliament), said 53 percent
of murder cases in 1998 remain unsolved. The percentage of unsolved cases was 55
percent in 1999 and 58 percent last year.
Chor cited problems in cases involving immigrants or victims found with no
identification papers and said said witnesses were often reluctant to come forward.
The killing last year of Joe Fernandez, a doctor and member of the Kedah state
assembly, was still under investigation, he said.
Police were working on the theory that the murder was carried out by foreigners or
hired killers, he added.
On Sunday a minister said Malaysia had sought help from Britain's Scotland Yard to
help crack the rising number of unsolved murders and other serious crimes.
Rais Yatim, minister responsible for legal affairs, said British experts would help
improve local forensic science skills.
"The number of murder cases each year for example is on the rise and the ratio of
success for enforcement is decreasing," he said.
