Hi, The HLBR is based in Hogwash engine. However, we made several modifications as to add perl regular expressions. You can read the README.en in source tarball. If you use Debian, you can make # apt-get source hlbr to see the README.en or # apt-get install hlbr and go to /usr/share/doc/hlbr. Is very important to say HLBR is in continuous development process. In other word, the project is alive.
