They have a prog that can set the WONID to any number they want. The easiest solution is a USB passthru dongle. send one out with each copy of TF2. the dongle contains a unique 'Dongle ID'. It can be programmed with your wonID only once. after that, your wonID and dongle must match up, otherwise, you can't play. Nasty if someone figures out the dongle's operation.
