tbh, this is the only place i could think of sending something like this, as at least someone who knows something will read it, as opposed to those robotic tech support people who quote FAQ's as if its the law :/ my hope if any for this email is to make valve aware that some companys have problems with things like this and not to let it happen to themselves!
