Hi, I work on the mods in different PC and one of them haves a proxy that blocks all traffic except http and https. Because of that, the ports that Steam needs are blocked and they cant be open (non Steam related security reasons).
Is there any way to install and work with Steam without having to connect to the 'Internet'? I mean, I just want to edit my SP mods and test them, not to play then online...
