Strict is an understatement. It would not let me purchase 2 additional copies for my kids with the same credit card. Which is dumb, if they get an authorization and the card and associated information is valid, why would they not accept it? That's like a store saying no to a second purchase. "Sorry sir, we have taken all the money we can from you today!"
I had to use different Credit cards for each purchase... Very annoying. Most likely you got caught in a false alarm - you can contact our billing department when this happens and they'll push things through for you.
