Strict is an understatement.
It would not let me purchase 2 additional copies for my kids with the same
credit card.
Which is dumb, if they get an authorization and the card and associated
information is valid, why would they not accept it? That's like a store
saying no to a second purchase.
"Sorry sir, we have taken all the money we can from you today!"

I had to use different Credit cards for each purchase... Very annoying.

The system is pretty strict about a lot of things to try to keep fraud down.
Most likely you got caught in a false alarm - you can contact our billing
department when this happens and they'll push things through for you.

Well i canceled my Gamestop order, tried getting steam order to work but for
whatever reason it won't tak my Credit card... Soooo, i ordered on a French
website, i won't pay taxes and only 8 bucks for shipping, but it'll ship 1
or 2 days after the 16th only... :(

Has anyone ever had problems with their CC over steam? My Credit card works
anywhere on the net, paypal, gamestop, SOE, but steam just won't take it...
