I'm now at the stage where I have a set of source code made with the 'Start from scratch' option in the SDK, and I've made a few changes here and there to .res files and I have done things like adding in CVARs, etc. Basically, how on earth does one unlock the MOTD screen, scoreboard, team selection screens (if there are any), etc, etc. Right now when I start a server I'm just spawned straight into the map?
