Hello,
When trying to generate project files on Windows XP SP3 an error pops up
saying *"vpc.exe is not a valid win32 application"*.
Assume it is built using VS2012 or VS2013. Possible fix:

I hope smb can commit a new vpc.exe which can be run on Win XP. Since I
can't rebuild it myself, can't generate any projects.
