I wouldn't believe them. I have the same problem now and then with an edge
router that connects Intermedia to Digex at IP address 216.2.80.18. This
router seems to go hay-wire quite often. Probably gets too loaded, and has
too small of a pipe between the 2 providers for all the traffic. When this
happens, I get about 80-100ms extra delay. My in game ping will go from
70-85 to 150-175, sometimes higher.
