I'll second that. Although the message you are seeing has nothing to do with WinME, you will find, as have most of us, that Win98/ME is totally unsuited to running a Half-Life server. Performance will suffer, in some cases it will be very bad. Use NT or Win2000, or if you are brave, use WinXP.
