Hey my problem is when i run the dos prompt run the hldsupdatetool.exe using C:\HLserver\HLDSupdatetool.exe and try to create an account using C:\HLserver\HLDSupdatetool.exe -create my username mypw question answer it starts to say Checking bootstrapper version ... Getting version 8 of the steam HLDS Update tool Downloading. . . . . . . . Unable to open HldsUpdateTool.exe for reading (Copying) what am i doing wrong and what can i do to fix it?
