I have been trying to get the one that Statsme has in their scriptpacks to
work but it doesn't work all the time.  I would say that it works about 20%
of the time.  I had that idea and was going to have it redirect from pub to
pub and back again.  Like a loop.  This would make it easier for the servers
to become full without people having to make the effort to go to the other
servers.  But according to the forums at United Admins, it states that this
plugin stopped working when Steam came into the picture.  Which I have shown
true or at least partially true.  Maybe someone could look into it a little
more and see if they can fix it.

I have heard of a mod that will allow you to redirect players to other
servers to load balance your connections. You could setup 3 servers on a low
last octet and have them redirect your clients to the higher octet servers.
This way you can keep all your servers full!
