80 players is a bit optimistic in my opinion. If we set aside all the debate and take the 2Mb connection at what most people would consider it to be, and you allocate 3.5Kb per player (max) then you could accomodate a little over 70 players. If you don't mind me asking, what company are you using for the colo, and what do they charge?
