Ok.... but what about all the people who actually play properly????!!!!????!!!! I don't want to lose out on my ability just because there seems to be a problem with a few servers!

The best bet would be for all of the server operators to shut down the servers until this is resolved, they can't cheat and lame up games if they are no servers to play on. Or, it might be a good idea to look at the sv_password variable. (Or any type of mod to restrict who and who can't join the server).
