I do believe this listserve program has a ban address feature but I
could be mistaken. My webdev server that has a copy on it is acting up
so I cant check.

it's not that hard to automatically delete emails from that address...I
haven't seen those emails in a long time. Obviously they're not going to
do anything about it on valve's end, so just deal with it on your end.
Set your email client to delete messages from that address, done.
