I disagree. First of all my reply was meant to point out that he asked to become a member of this list. Even though he wants to leave, we didn't sign him up. So he should calm down, try to unsubscribe again or contact the admin of the list.

Understandably everyone is a little upset about the lack of DOD:S Dedicated Server and the sometime "interesting" updates, but do we really have to have a dozen threads by a dozen different people on the same subject?? Or the abuse that comes from some of the people on this list to normal questions or when they are incapable of giving intelligent responses. No we don't! I stay on this list because there are a few people on here that provide excellent help and assistance, because of the notices that we get from Valve and because they do actually listen to some of what is said on this list. Frankly the way this list has been of late I'm amazed they listen to anything that anyone says! I would be extremely pleased to see Valve taking a closer hand in moderating this list and kicking out the persistent abusers and whiners. In the mean time - learn some mailing list etiquette (http://www.gweep.ca/~edmonds/usenet/ml-etiquette.html) and realise when you're writing like a wanker (http://www.guidenet.net/resources/wanker.html) and stop yourselves!!
