Number 1:- That's a wiki.
Number 2:- That's not the spec you get if you buy the engine.
Number 3:- There are further limitations in the mod (game) engines of the
currently released games which may affect this
value.
Number 4:- This has no bearing on SRCDS, which maxes out (hardcoded) at 64
players, try it.
Number 5:- AFAIK anything over 32 players in unsupported territory.
