I tried CSP back when it was first released and removed it with the hour
because of the chat spam. Have they given an option for it to run silent
yet?
If not, then Im not interested.

I'm pretty sure HLGuard enforces cvars on clients. On top of it, config
files are writable so you can enforce whatever you like.
