can anyone tell by my task manager if the kernel is having troubles here
or not?

i am having troubles with the box lately and am seeing kernel memory info
in task manager growing.
i have made no changes and have been running about 120 slots in my dual
xeon comfortably.
i just dont understand if my kernel memory is showing stress here.
anyone have any input?
