If Users = map changes then it seems uptime is now how many players have
connected in total

13:20:34 CPU   In              Out             Uptime  Users   FPS
Players
              78.12 104258.52 191168.38    1915      48        59.32  32

As this server has not been up for 32 odd hours

But 48 * 25 Minutes per map = about the 20 odd hours it has in fact been up.

Is that correct Alfred?
