It uses embedded Internet Explorer, so other than a few bright people who
know how to make Windows Use Firefox and those people who are using Wine on
Linux, you only have to worry about IE for HL1/2 games.

Here are two sample motds that I have.  One has scroll bar and the other
does not.  Firefox ignors the scroll=no option so this might be a limitation
on the client side.

The first one has scoll bars

I should mention, sorry, that I seem to have 2 scroll bars and not one when
I do that. If you were trying to get one then maybe it will work
