AFAIK, zBlock is the only one that has a fix for this exploit, although I am happy to be proven wrong in this case. Luckily or unluckily we found out about this particular exploit approximately 2 hours before close of business on Thursday, and because there was no quick fix coming, we had to pull zBlock off all our servers until Tuesday, when all the staff are back from Easter holidays. We will be upgrading to the latest version then.
