I will pass this address on to them. I think part of the problem is that if you haven't updated your server, then HLSW isn't broke for you. So there's really only a few of us that are complaining, and if there were any other alternative I would have thanked HLSW for the time it served me and moved to the alternative. They should email me directly. I am on lots of the alias's at Valve and I haven't seen an email from any of the HLSW guys so I am not sure where they are sending these emails...
