Yeah, We've tried that. As well we have turned off everything that could
possibly interfer with the VAC connection (fire wall... ect...) and it still
didn't do Anything. We pinged the VAC Server (ip) as well and it didn't get
anything, but when pinging it with a regular computer it worked just fine.

Sv_secure will do nothing because by default all servers are supposed to be
secure.
I guess that command is not even used anymore.
I know that my DODS server is not showing secure  no matter what I try.

With my HL1 servers all I had to do was shutdown and wait 60 seconds then
start and it then showed as being secure.
