You can't break the laws of physic and electronics, it still takes time
for information to go from scrds, through Windows, to the processor, to
the RAM, back from RAM (information getting) and back to SCRDS. We are
talking MS or even NanoSeconds here but it does take time.

Please share your server config with us. Never saw real 1000 FPS with
HLDS regardless of hardware platform.
