I guess there are great differences between CS and hl1dm. The cheats are
kinda easy to spot in dm and there aren't nearly as many players or servers,
so its harder for cheats to fade away and be reborn with a new Steam_Id.
I'm of the opinion that hl1dm is all about movement and map knowledge (nuke
spots) where CS (I think) is more strategy and teamwork. So, if a player
comes out of no place (no history) and starts owning servers... it's a good
bet he'll be watched very closely.

You cant get all cheaters by looking at demos. Even with ESP or other
admin tools to see where others are. If it isnt obviuos cheat like
spincheat, speedhack or whenever the crosshair is jumping like crazy.

If the cheater only uses WH and know what he is doing, you cant see the
cheat. It will always be a guess.

Also, there are a lot of players that follow players by sound and looks
like he using WH. Especially in public play, where most of the players
doesnt care if they make any sounds.
