The only thing I found was:
mp_showrespawntimes
which gives a report for read and blue teams, it appears to be set at ~10
seconds right now.
Red: Min Spawn 10.00, Scalar 0.36, Next Spawn In: 4.79
Blue: Min Spawn 10.00, Scalar 0.36, Next Spawn In: 4.79
