Occasionally up to half of the server will get kicked out. I don't use SourceMod myself, I use Mani. I also run metamod source on the server. I have three servers on the machine, a 24 man cs:s gungame, 32 man TF2 and another 32 man TF2. Both of the 32 man TF2 servers are affected, but they usually don't get the time out errors simultaneously.
